Gentlemen... I hurt!! =) (Actually it is not so bad.) Thank you all for an awsome season - I assume that was one of, if not the, last ride(s) of '08. Hard to believe at the start of the year I thought myself a skater first and maybe use a bike to cross train... well I guess I saw the light.
Anyway here are my stats:
Totals:
2400 Cal., 60.70km, 2hr:8min:8sec
Avgs:
125bpm, 28.4km/h
Tops:
164bpm, 66.9km/h
Note the HR is not very realistic, the monitor only started working around Bayview, prior to that it was flat lined at 90bpm (could take a part time job as a metronome!)
There will be spinning sessions in my basement until things get nice again, just drop me a line if interested.
