Steady State Saturday

A longer one than last week and I am not planning to drink 1/2 a bottle of vodka the night before so the pace will probably be back up to what we were doing in July (a little faster than last week).

http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Caledon-Crank

Bring food and drink and we'll stop to refuel when needed but there will not be any rest stops. This course follows the first 60 km of the Tour de Creemore and then runs all over Caledon and Woodbridge before coming back to Darkhorse Espresso Bar.

6:30 AM start at Lakeshore and Leslie. Rain or shine, although rain probably means it will be a little shorter.

Steady State Saturday

Andrew will be leading the Saturday ride, starting at 6:30 from Timmy Ho's at Lakeshore and Leslie.

Same program as in previous times, stay together, utilize the pace line and since the distance is a little shorter, give it a little extra juice after warming up for the first hour.

Andrew will also call the feed zone. 73 km in total. Say hello to Deanne and Ed at Darkhorse for me.
