Ride for Karen

James has asked me to post some info on this ride that he and Steve will (almost definitely) be doing. They have invited the rest of us to join them on this 160km charity ride on Sunday, September 9. Proceeds will go to three camps for children with cancer.

Sunday June 3rd 2007 Meet @ 5:30AM - Tim Hortons (Lake Shore/Leslie)

Hey Everyone,

I’m just reminding you all that there is only 1Day left before the Ride for Heart Charity Event (June 3, 2007).

If you haven’t signed up, it’s not too late! Just go to http://www.rideforheart.ca/ and click on Toronto and sign up! Remember by signing up as a group member for Cycle Solutions, you’ll also save on registration fee!

If you’re wondering which route we’re doing, we’re going for the 75km 6:45am start time! If you just signed up this week, you mean need to go the head offices (call (416)486-RIDE for more info) to pick up the ID tags or pick them up on the day of the event.

For those who has pre-register early, you should expect your ID tag to be in the mail shortly. However if you haven’t received them by Wednesday, you may want to call (416) 486-RIDE to find out the closest location where you can pick up your ID tag or pick them up at the day of the event.

Note: We will meet all central Riders @ Starbucks @ (York/Queens Quay, North Side) @ 6AM. We will then ride as a group to the Start Line.

I will be taking orders for Cycle Solutions Jerseys if anyone is interested. I can show you samples upon request. PLEASE POST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED and also don't forget to post the your SIZE/QTY as well. Pricing for the Jerseys will range from $70-80 depending on the quantities.
