Steady State Saturday

Saturday June 6 - Meet at 7AM at Timmy Ho's, Lakeshore and Leslie, ends at Darkhorse Espresso Bar. Tom Middlebrook will be leading this one.

Bring food and drink. The point of this ride is to ride steady for the whole distance and practice feeding in preparation for longer rides later in the season or your goal charity ride. If someone drops off the back, the group needs to slow down (but no stopping) to allow them to catch up or someone has to go back to get them (use the draft!). And remember: Save your legs, there is more cycling on Sunday.

The first feed zone is at 25km, just past Dixie on the Queensway in Mississauga and the second is at 40 km, as soon as you pass Hurontario on Lakeshore Blvd.
