After weeks and weeks of building with longer and more challenging rides, it is time for a recovery ride as many of us are on our final tapers for key races or charity rides. Meet at Darkhorse Espresso Bar (Queen just west of Broadview) at 6:30 PM and we'll ride North and East for an hour or so and then back.
Recovery ride means: keep the pace light but lively, do a few accelerations, loosen up and then take the time to stretch well when you get home.
