Start at 6AM, RAIN OR SHINE, Lakeshore and Leslie and ends at Darkhorse Espresso Bar.
Bring food and drink. Make sure the bike is in good condition, we are heading up the escarpment through Hamilton. We'll ride steady as a group and if there aren't too many mecahnical issues, we should be done before noon.

Nice, sounds like a fantastic ride.
Looking forward to the ride! I was wondering if anyone could give some suggestions/guidelines on food to bring for the ride. This will be my longest one day ride to date, and I want to be sure that I have what I'll need.

Bananas, cliff bars, apples are okay, sports drink. I also carry fruit roll-up type snacks.

Sorry to leave the group in the last 30km but I did manage to get home in time for my daughter's 3rd b-day. Phew : )

I really enjoyed the ride too. That was a new personal record for me - 180k in total. Thanks to everyone for keeping together and helping me through the tougher bits.
