120km for the day and 28.4 km/h overall. We got lost (missed the turn) but that is our fault.

Great ride all!
Lots of fast strong riders up front made for a brisk pace, but the group was kind and I was not (almost) shaken off the back. Thanks! As ususal, on the way back, I made the early turn east at Ellsmere to head east home, walked in the door shorty after 10:00am approx. 100klms done with a 31 plus average. Top speed just shy of 70k (Lauri - thanks for the nod that you were going - that was fun although short lived as they were on our ass in no time). Quick shower and beer and lunch followed on a patio - ahhhhh! Damn good Sunday.

Thanks for an awesome ride on Sunday - I could've road all day. I didn't reset my odometer from my previous ride so here is the combined stats from Sunday and also Saturday's Steady State ride with the Darkhorse guys - Time: 5:24, Distance 143km, Avg 26.4km and Max 53km. See you in a few weeks! Good luck to all doing the Criterium and Ben's Escape from Alcatraz! Juanita
