For those of you who expressed interest in the ride this Sat. morning. We will be doing a 60K ride out to port credit and back.
We will be leaving from Movies To Go on kingston Rd. at 8am. The ride should take approximately 1hr 45min so you should be back in plenty of time to enjoy a beautiful Sat.

60k in 1.45 hrs = 35k average. Although flat, build in lots of traffic lights and you will need to average 37, 40k per hour to finish in that time. Thats approaching race pace. First ride of the year for me I better take a pass (you will need to time me with a sun dial). Rip it up boys! See ya Sunday.
I guess I didn't do the math. Well probably average between 27 to 32k per hour.
might take us an extra 30 minutes to finish.
