Hey everyone,
Paul and I have come up with a safe, short ride to kick off the season. The First Map outlines the shorter of the two routes, with less hills. Less experienced riders and people like myself who have not been on the bike for a while should probably opt for this ride.
Route 1: Out to Port Union and Back - No Drop, Every One Rides Together as a Group.
Route 2: Extra Hills
- Split into 2 groups, one heading straight back along Kingston Rd, the other going along Ellesmere to Scarborough Golf Club Road. For guys/gals that have been spinning and training throughout the Winter.

Hate to miss the season opener but I may not be able to make it;
to cold, to wet, to outta shape...I got lots of excuses.
If I am a no show have a good ride and watch out for those pot holes. They swallow cars hole never mind bikes! And watch out for morning ice. Almost did a face plant this moring getting the morning cup of Joe. Oh ya, one more, watch out for deer crossing on Ellsmere! Serious, saw five boot across at one time couple of weeks ago. Hell this bike stuff is dangerous. Think Ill just hide under my pillow.
Hey guys, rode part of this route this morning and Steve's right, lots of pot holes but still worth adventuring out. I will be there and will definitely be one of the "slow ones"! Looking forward to seeing you guys again.
