I have been shamed into the shorter (it used to be the long route) to the Danish shop. Brian - you better stay on the front.

Guess you have not heard the phrase "when there is frost on the pumpkin its time for dippy dunkin". Not 140Kms - the longest BCC ride this year with Rattlesnake which I am guessing will also be the hardest climb this year.
As the weather gets cold should we not be reducing the length or time spent on the bike with shorter intense rides? I am not out but sounds like danish for me as well. Need some time to think about this one. Hate like hell to end the year with a ride that I may not be able to even finish!
Danish in Oakville for me. I like the start time but 100 km into the wind (always seems to be in your face both ways on this ride) and 5 degrees is challenging enough for me.
