Hi all,
James Young (416.802.3177)
will be leading this Sunday's ride, which he has named...
"Kicking It Old Style".
Here the details for this week...
When: 6:30am ("so that I can get home by 10:30 or so")
Where: Tim Hortons (Birchmount/Danforth Rd)
Dst: 80-100kms(2 Different Routes).
There are 2 routes heading up to Stouffville, with an optional (high-pace) loop around Musselman's Lake. Break point will be at For The Love of Jo in Stouffville.
As Dan would say, "Please take note and study the Map Well", and "Remember to fuel up with lots of water/electrolytes and food".
80-100km Route
Route notes: At about the 16km mark, we proceed along Kingston Road from Port Union to Aldona, which is currently restricted to one lane in each direction.
Please post which route you want to do, and remember to address all complaints to Dan.
James Young (and his ghost writer, Adam)
Editor's note: If anyone has a cell phone camera / small camera, please bring it along to take ride pictures which can be sent to beachescyclingclub@gmail.com

I am in for 100.
p.
In for the long route although I am going "sleep in" and meet you on route, Kingston - Scarborough Golf Club Road area. Probably duck off early as well on the way home near my shed.
See Ya Sunday.
Hey Adam...not sure about that term 'high paced"...ouch!....despite the great weather this week I haven't been on the bike at all....
James
I only wrote high-paced because I won't be doing it.. I figure the more tired the long-haul group is, the easier it'll be for me to hang on on the way back ;)
Hi all - How ironic I was just thinking of the old lake route. I have to work on Sunday so I am out.
Should be OK for the 18th. Have a good ride! If Brian rides keep him on the front.
Barry
Hey- I should be there (appreciate the 630 start!) If my legs are ok, I'll be into 100. See you all tomorrow- DaveO.
Change of plans for me. I'm out. Have a great ride!
