James has asked me to post some info on this ride that he and Steve will (almost definitely) be doing. They have invited the rest of us to join them on this 160km charity ride on Sunday, September 9. Proceeds will go to three camps for children with cancer.

For me, this will be the first for that distance. Anyone else in the same, who ever has desired to cross this one off the list of things to do before I expire, this is your perfect chance. Great event, great cause. We can stick together and work as a goup in the big group. We can throw overall average ride pace out the window (although our pace can be peppered with a bit of self pride) and all start and finish together! If you can make it out it would be greatly appreciated to do this together with my riding buds.
