Here are the proposed routes that would work well for us. There are 3 Different Routes.

50km Route: Easy Pace
70km Route: Moderate Pace
94km Route: Intense Pace
Please post which Route You want to Do.

Dan - For me it's been great. Some days you feel good and other days, when you take a few weeks off, you hang on the back. I don't feel like getting dropped is a put down at all.
However, I think we should stop at ALL reds. I ran a few up north too but it's not worth the risk to the club if someone gets hurt.

Barry, I just posted a comment in the wrong area under last the nights ride - give it a peek - trying to work and post at the same time - oopps.
thanks mate - I'll get some fitness back so the coffee will at least be still luke warm when I arrive. I like the hills but they don't like me back.

Dave O and I will be there - 50 km route is our choice.
Dan, the neck isn't able to hold the mellon yet. I am going to pass on tomorrow's ride and rest up. Will rejoin the group in July - looking forward to it.
